Acura of Fort Myers became the preferred dealership of choice for vehicle service after avoidable mistakes were made at other Acura dealership. Service Advisor Felix Fermosa has always been helpful and a pleasure to work with. He genuinely cares for the customers. The service technicians need to be praised for their skills and attention to detail.
My service agent Joshua offered help without having to be asked. He was very nice

Ms. Amaris Vasquez in the Service Department provided me with top notch customer service and communication. I never had to call once to ask for an update on my vehicle. She was extremely proactive, helpful and responsive. Give her a raise!! I also want to give praise to the gentleman that inspected the vehicle and provided a very detailed and easy to follow explanation of the issue with my vehicle.
I always enjoy dropping off my car for service they are always helpful and informative on the prices.. I went today and Angel was amazing!
Dealership is fine but waiting almost 2 hours when you have an appointment for just an oil change doesn't seem right. I probably won't go back for simple things like that anymore.
If you go there, make sure you ask for Angel he gets you in and out. Everything is always perfect. He’s a great human being thank you angel.

Love this dealership. Always been treated well, great customer service. Bought two cars here. Most recent service top notch. Was running late, they accommodated me no problem, they were courteous when I arrived, and super above and beyond with customer service. Even sent me a text while I was waiting for the service to be completed letting me know my car had no other services needed.

Josh in service was very personable, easy to deal with, n told us how long our service would take.
Very disappointed by Felix Formosa he did not follow thru when I told him to check the battery, because it constantly required a trickle charger when the car was park for several hours. His response was that the battery was strong. When I reminded him that it had been on the charger before he drive to the dealership, and I asked what could cause the draining he immediately responded with three"parts" that are known to drain batteries. Another Florida screw resulted in my visit to the dealer today. The damage was addressed quickly and the service team checked to see if I had any warranty on my tire. Unfortunately I did not but they gave me a fair quoted and replaced it and washed the car. I have been dealing with Acura for over 15 years and still like their product and services.

Everyone was very polite and helpful with the purchase of my new vehicle. Communication between me and finance department wasn’t good at all. I took the time to get approved from my bank before I went to the dealership. I also got gap insurance coverage before my purchase. He did his own thing and didn’t listen to the customer. I found him to be very unprofessional and he turned what should have been a great day into a stressful bad day.

Purchased my vehicle which was certified. I was told I would be able to bring it to any Acura dealership for maintenance covered by the certification. Now I am being told that I have to drive back to this dealer to have work done. I was also told my trade in would be going “straight” to auction. Less than a week later it’s for sale at the dealer.
